About Me
Hi There, my name is Sakshi Goel and I am the Founder of YogiFlex. I am a ‘C’ Certified Cadet in NCC under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. I have completed 200+ hours of yoga training and have proficiency in Anatomy, Pranayama, Meditation, and Core Hatha Yoga Asanas. I am a professional Yoga Trainer from Holistic Healthcare Foundation Society. I am a certified Aerial Yoga Trainer from Aadi Yoga School, Rishikesh India. I am also a certified Pregnancy yoga trainer from the Women Health Research Foundation. I recently partnered with DECATHLON as a Professional Yoga Trainer and Performer.
I have participated in multiple Yoga programs and got opportunities to perform on big stages.
